BLR Design Specialty Service: Schematic Design Package
This service is perfect for the following builders:
  • Your client likes one of your stock homes but wants changes to the plan
  • Your client isn't happy with the plan but you don't have the time to respond to many rounds of revisions
  • Your client doesn't know how to express what they want and you need some assistance figuring out their needs
  • You don't have an in-house designer to work directly with your client
  • You want to focus on building your client an amazing home and would like to outsource some of the initial design
Schematic Design Packages include (but are not limited to) the following services:
  • Initial consulation: BLR Design will discuss the project with your client, asking the right questions to understand their unique needs and style.
  • Floor plan layout and space planning: BLR Design will work with your client on their specific preferences for their ideal floor plan. Our architectural experience allows us to design in a way that prioritizes constructability and efficiency.
  • Schematic exterior 3D model: We will work through the basic massing of your client's home to ensure that the roof lines, floor to floor heights, exterior openings, and preliminary design concept work for the client and for ease of construction.
  • This package allows clients to work through their initial design without committing to full design services. This is a great low commitment option for homeowners looking for a little professional design guidance.
  • BLR Design will provide an exclusive copyright release for your client to develop the project with one of your in-house professionals or an outside drafter.
